The Art department has taken part in two major exhibitions and competitions this term.

	Royal College of Art exhibition - Young Art Exhibition Summer 07 Thirteen pupils had their work selected and displayed at the Young Art show during May. Lyle Calnan, Rory Donaldson, William Szymanski and Charles Maxtone-Smith were awarded Highly Commended prizes.
	DeFined Art, Esher - Arts in Schools Competition Summer 2007 The Art Department has recently taken part in a local schools competition to raise money for the Princess Alice Hospice in Esher. Forty-three pupils had their work selected and displayed for the final judging of the Art in Schools competition. Congratulations go to William Cary, Max Thomas and Mubarak Mustapha who all won individual prizes and in particular to Rahul Bernath who won the Overall Prize in the exhibition.
	Doodle for Google - Current Projects The ART and ICT departments are also entering the national 'Doodle for Google'competition with the Lower 6th, who are designing Google logos based on the theme 'My Future'. The results of this competition won't be known until the autumn term.
